Application of these Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to contracts made in writing/by e-mail.

1: Quotations

Quotations are given on the basis of the most direct route and on information provided by you. The route used will be at our discretion unless you have requested a particular route which will be specified in our quotation. Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise notified and cover a vehicle and driver only. Please note that a maximum of 2 parking bays are allocated per unit.

2: Acceptance of Quotation

Acceptance of a quotation by the hirer will only be accepted by Danville Forest Guest House if it is made in writing/by e-mail. Verbal confirmation will not be accepted – it must be followed up in writing/by e-mail.

3: Payment

Once you have received our official quotation and you are in acceptance, a PO number, booking reference or payment in full is required to secure the booking. Upon receiving this information, we will send you confirmation of your hire. You should check the details of the hire carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or changes. Payment can be made by credit or debit card by phoning 082 299 8424 (Ashton – Manager) at the time of booking.

4: Cancellation fees

Should you need to cancel your booking, you should telephone us with the cancellation and then follow this up by e-mail. Our cancellation charges are as shown below:

Period before departure within which written notice is received from you:	Amount of cancellations shown as a percentage of the total hire cost:
More than 30 days:	50% of the total cost of hire
Less than 30 days:	100% of the total cost of hire
